SUNNYVALE, CA -- KnowNow, a provider of enterprise-class Web 2.0 applications, announced the closing of $13 million in new funding. The investment round, led by new investor RSS Investors, was oversubscribed. Also participating were new investor Presidio Ventures and existing investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Levensohn Venture Partners and Palomar Ventures. The company also cited a list of recent large implementations, including Wells Fargo Bank and other major financial institutions.
